There are two recently constructed museums in the village of Lafkos. One is the Thanassis Fampas Museum where you can admire the marble sculptures and wonderful paintings of this well-known artist, who was born in Lafkos.

The other is the newly established Radio Museum where you can stroll through the history of radio, via its brilliant collection of radios from the 1920's until the 1960's.

The recently renovated warehouse of the Agrarian Association also hosts periodical exhibitions of local, and other, artists.

Footpaths for walking If you love nature then you will be delighted to find out that this area is full of stone-paved footpaths, called kalderimia, which were the old connections between villages. By walking the kalderimia you will discover countless hidden delights in this area full of unique and natural beauty.
